Last week, our Millennium Village Project in Potou was visited by a team from the project Supporting the Development of Women Entrepreneurship and Youth Employment (PADEF-EJ) from May 14th to 16th.
The team consisted of M. Ismaila BADJI, Monitoring-Evaluation Manager of PADEF-EJ, M. Malang BODIAN, Administrative and Financial Officer of PADEF-EJ, Mrs. Ndiemeh K SONKO Monitoring and Evaluation Assistant of PADEF-EJ and the representative of the Cooperation and External Financing Department (DCFE).
This visit is part of the Memorandum of Understanding signed between the National Fund for the Promotion of Women Entrepreneurship and Millennium Promise to strengthen the activities of the '' Infrastructures and Services '' component in the fields of Health, Education, Agriculture, Rural Infrastructure - Energy-Water-Hygiene and Fisheries. The ultimate goal of this partnership is to contribute to the improvement of girls and women’s living conditions as well as their economic situation through the facilitation of access to credit, the development of infrastructure and support services for the production of value chains as well as capacity building. The overall objective of this mission was to evaluate the achievements made by the Millennium Village Project on the basis of the 2018 Work Plan established for the area of Potou.
